Over the last couple of weeks I’ve been running a series of posts here on ProBlogger about how to grow a blog to the next level once it has moved past its launch phase.
If you missed some of the posts – here’s a full listing of them:
- Building Upon Your Strengths
- Converting First Time Readers to Loyal Readers
- Keeping Fresh Content Flowing
- Growing Traffic to the Next Level With Search Engine Optimization
- Building Community a sense of Community on Your Blog
- Shaping Your Brand
- Expanding Connecting Points With Readers
- Extending Your Blog Audience Beyond Your Current Network
- Making Money – Moving Beyond AdSense
I hope you enjoyed this recent series on a topic that many bloggers struggle with.
A number of readers have asked for some more ‘beginner’ level tips on how to launch a blog – for those wanting this I’d recommend checking out the Blogging Tips for Beginners Series that we previously ran with a whole lot of tips more focused upon the launch phase.
Great! I need to go through this list next week or so ;)
Really good articles. I found the ones on converting first time readers and search engine optimization to be pretty helpful.
Nice work!
Good ones…
It’s always great to read posts geared towards bloggers already moving forward, rather than only finding posts for new bloggers.
Just a quick note to thank you for this series. Too many sites just list all the simple, easy, basic stuff in their “Top 10 Tips For Bloggers” posts. It’s all the same stuff rehashed over and over.
This series of articles was great. Very informative, original, and useful things that we can all do to give our blogs a little boost.
Thank’s Darren for giving links to your posts, I really love your blog and keep it up. You really know how to keep your readers.

Great posts … saw it on a Twitter.
It’s hard work to get a lot of followers to a Danish blog …
Is now following you on Twitter.
I wonder what’s next for ProBlogger. Thanks for not going into detail about the pre-launch and the whole Blogging for Beginners advice. The link is sufficient. I really do wonder what’s next. Nice blog mate.
This has been one of the most informative series of post I have read, thanks very much Darren. I like to think of myself at this stage or at the very least very close, so I will be reading and re-reading this section many times.
Number 9 is probably a BIG step for most… monetizing your blog outside of Adsense. To do that properly, I believe you need to have an entrepreneurial mindset and some good networking skills. If you are getting targeted traffic and have nowhere to send it to make money… you need to find someone fast! Why get paid $0.10 a click for a “lead” someone is willing to pay you $10 for?
We love bloggers and we love you Darren. We look forward to what’s coming with your new launch and we’ll be back to check in! We’re hoping for another video from the master!
Awesome! Printing them all out (56 pages) for future reference!

Absolutely flawless Darren! I’m planning to translate the beginners series and the present in a good italian and publish it in my blog, of course with all the credits for you!
And around that i will do a post about you and your story on the web! What do you think about?
Thanks Darren for the list as I’ve missed out some of the post, I can read again now. :)
Regards,
Lee
Yup, I have missed out some of these posts. It’s good way to announce readers to read further for sure!
Thanks for sharing!
Well these are 9 gems which you have provided to us … I am saving all these 9 on my laptop and want to read again and again.
Although some of them are also my sleeves as I also find out these factors were important.
But you have managed them in a proper and perfect manner.
Nice collection of posts. Thanks
wow, nice list. Thanks
It was an excellent series Darren, well done :)
your article very helping me! thanks a lot darren!
What a comprehensive series of posts. This is an excellent resource that goes way beyond the usual “here’s how you start a blog” thing that a lot of people already cover. You’re definitely a thought leader!
For bloggers who have been around a while: Don’t give up.
I’m new at blogging and it can be overwhelming – so much to learn!!!. Thanks for this!!
First time here via a Twitter link. Lots of useful tips. Thank YOU!
