SES New York Blogging

Posted By Darren Rowse 2nd of March 2006 Search Engine Optimization 0 Comments

I’m very jealous of those who are lucky enough to be in New York at the moment for the SES conference. The sessions I’m seeing numerous bloggers reporting on sound very useful. One blog you can follow what people have been learning on is Search Engine Roundtable which has quite a few of the sessions written about. There are too many to mention one by one but I’ve just spent the last hour or so wading through the category dedicated to the conference and found the experience well worth it.

  1. Hmm..I don’t really have that much time.. Would be nice if someone reviewed the whole thing and gave quick facts about what really happened… Any link??

And Darren, if you do read this.. Everytime after I comment, it becomes blank! but the comment is posted (i think). Why? Have you installed the WP Hascash or some plugin?

  2. not sure why comments do that Chrono Cr@cker – doesn’t happen when i leave comments but I’ll look into it

  3. Darren,

Marshall of , which is part of the Know More Media business news and information blog network, also covered the event. I was able to pitch in and cover a few events as well.

SES is always one of my favorite conferences. I alway get a ton of new information and tips and more importantly, I am able to nuture ongoing relationships that have turned out to be very critical.

We would have loved to have you there.

  5. The problem with getting summaries of conferences is how much information happens outside the seminars. So much more information happens on a personal level at the bar…

That said, besides the aforementioned Search Engine Roundtable, the show was also covered by WebmasterRadio.fm, and there are plenty of MP3s available in the show archives from SES-NY.
