It’s another ProBlogger Birthday Bash giveaway!

problogger-birthday-bash.jpgToday’s second giveaway is another easy one to enter and something that 500 tons of you can win:

The first 500 people Everyone to go to SeekZap (before midnight EST tonight) at this special ProBlogger submission link will receive a free premium directory listing ($50 value) for their site/blog!

Only one listing per person, so if you have multiple blogs, you might want to choose your newest one or the one that needs the most “attention” in terms of garnering traffic from humans and search engines.

There’s no set cutoff time for this in terms of closing off comments or anything, because Jason from SeekZap was gracious enough to keep the page up until it reaches 500 submissions midnight EST tonight! (Don’t worry if you miss it or if this prize isn’t something you want or need – there are plenty more prizes yet to come!)

Edit: This prize is open to ALL readers of ProBlogger – regardless of whether you’ve won anything yet, or will win anything in the future!

Update: Submissions are now closed – thanks for reading!

  1. Same happens to me here, 60 in 3. I’m on EST and it’s still before midnight on Sept. 3 ..

But it looks like this contest is finished?

  2. 60 in 3 – this ended last night at midnight EST (Eastern Standard Time) – sorry you missed it! But that’s why you were directed to the regular submission at this point.

  3. Jennifer Lynn – it’s October 3rd, darlin’! ;)

And this post went up yesterday – sorry for the time confusion, but given that Darren’s in Australia, so does his site show posts for that time.

This is why everyone needs to be subscribed to the feed!! ;)

I have tried to be a little more clear at this point as to the exact start and end times. What actually happened here was that this giveaway was supposed to just go to the first 500 people and then be shut down, but because a couple people were having site issues, Jason extended it through until midnight EST yesterday.

  4. If the post is dated Oct. 3 and the post says it’s good until midnight EST, why isn’t it still good since it’s 5:30 p.m. EST?

Waste of time — I know goodwill was intended.

Lara Says: I’m sorry you feel it’s a waste of time – Part of this relied upon people coming to the site straight away to do what needed to be done in order to win. The same thing happened in the first giveaway, where readers had only 7 hours to participate. In fact, over the weekend, there will be several posts with windows of less than 3 or 4 hours… it’s meant to get people to act quickly in order to benefit. The timestamp on the post is irrelevant. However if you subscribe to the RSS feed, you might be able to get in on some of the cool stuff going on over the weekend. :)

  5. Done ! thanks

  6. I submitted my site. Great offer.

  7. I was too late. Dang.

  8. I hate being late for the party… wrong time zone never helps!

  9. Someone clearly bribed with pay per post. Don’t see any free submission page.

  10. A high profile directory selling links without human value? Come on, Darren – you’ve surely seen that Google have been killing a whole host of high profile paid-for directories. And now you’re letting Problogger push this crap? For a kickback, I presume? If so, a great way to sell your reputation away.

    thanks, Darren!

  12. Its closed?
