Darren Rowse is the founder and editor of ProBlogger Blog Tips and Digital Photography School. Learn more about him here and connect with him on Twitter, Facebook, Google+ and LinkedIn.
  1. Gotta love it, my first line reads:

Jim Kukral is a major-league asshole with severe reading comprehension problems.

    Too funny.

  2. What Is Affiliate Marketing?

Check out this new little tool called ‘What is…’. Pop in your name and see what comes out. Found this over at I put in “affiliate marketing”, here are a few results. Affiliate marketing is driven by having thousands…

  3. I kinda like this one:

Yvonne Adams is a tough talking CEO who is the target of an ex-company employee who is after revenge for being canned from his job.

Of course, it’s not me, nor are any of the others. I’m also not a British antiques dealer or a Northern Irish watercolor painter. I guess my name is mor common than I thought, but the Adams makes that inevitable.

  4. Thanks – blushing here!

But really funny to see how small things like this create the largest inbound linkage. I think I need to post on that!

  5. What’s the difference between this and Googlism?

  6. Shouldn’t it be “What is…” Darren Rowse.

You have offically be come a ‘thing’. Which, I’m pretty sure, gives you permission to begin refering to yourself in the third person.

  7. What in the world is “Darren Rowse is a digger deviant with no more right to live on God’s clean earth than a weasel.” about????

I love the fact that with this tool I only personally get 3 hits but the Blog Herald gets 35, the Herald is the brand and not me and that’s the way I like it.

  8. OK I’ve been around the Internet for over 10 years, and yet I get “Andy Merrett … what the hell is that supposed to be? I have no idea!

Great! How to feel loved. And I thought I was a geek. LOL.

  9. Whoops, my first post should have gone here!

  10. […] >Do you ever wonder What Is?. I found this quite crazy link at Pro Blogger and found out Who is David Rowse? Type in your name and find out who you are! […]

  11. […] I was doing research for an upcoming post and came across Darren Rowse’s Who Is Darren Rowse? […]

  12. Hey Darrel
Very amusing. But is this serious?
