Dan, let me know if you keep getting a 404, might be a DNS problem, it is working fine for me and a couple of friends.
When blogging, I just see how much I can view in the WordPress preview pane without scrolling. I figure that’s a fairly decent estimate of what shows above the fold for most people. Since there is no such thing as perfection, I’ve decided that’s good enough for me.
