So many handy tips to help you on your way this week! Hope it’s been a good one for you.
How to Hire a Team to Help (Delegating Parts or the Whole of a Process to Someone Else) // Entrepreneur on Fire
In episode 40 of the ProBlogger Podcast, Darren spoke about his 7 productivity tips for bloggers – and one of them was the recommendation to outsource or delegate where you can. I think it’s a fabulous idea (except slightly harder for those folk who have personal blogs). Kate Erickson has given an excellent overview for someone thinking of getting started.
9 Steps to Better Welcome Emails // Kissmetrics
I know, I suck at these too.
Why You Should Blog Before Breakfast // Jeff Bullas
I actually started doing this a few months ago, then all the wheels fell off. It’s time to screw them back on!
Facebook is Testing Out a Pop-Out Video Viewer For its iOS App // The Next Web
It’s not available to everyone, but it appears some users are seeing a “more videos” scroll function when viewing videos on their mobile devices. As we know, Facebook is pushing video, so perhaps this might come into full effect after all?
Facebook Pushing Users to Blog // CBS News
It also appears Facebook has revamped the long-unused notes section in an attempt to get more people to blog on the platform. Trying to become a one-stop shop for all your online needs, maybe?
So what are your thoughts? Have you been one of the users to see the new video pop-out? Would you blog on the Facebook platform? When is your best time to write?

From experience, these type of posts do a lot better and are more useful if you curate at least 20-30 articles with a wider range of themes. :) maybe even create a hashtag and put a call out on social media for useful links from the community. Just a though
Thanks Jade.
Hi Stacey nice list of posts. The Kissmetrics’ post is spot on as I wanted something as as inspiration for writing better emails.
I am inclined to agree with Jade in that if you could have links to great articles in the roundups. We’d like more awesome content to munch on.
Thanks.
I don’t want to overwhelm anybody with a massive list nobody will ever get through every week, but I can certainly trial a longer post if necessary! Thanks for your feedback.
I for sure do my best blog posts in the mornings when my mind is fresh. Morning is hard to manage though so it usually happens end of day.
Yeah I feel the same way. Although sometimes I procrastinate too much and don’t get anything written until after noon!
I started blogging recently only and really I loved how this worked for me. Thanks for new updates.
You’re welcome, Alpesh.
Hi Stacey!
Thank you so much for including EOFire in your roundup this week! :)
You’re welcome! I found it so useful.
Hi Stacey
Thanks for sharing this really interesting list of posts. It’s great to get a feel of various issues all in one post.
I checked out the article about Facebook pushing users to blog via its ‘Notes’ section. I feel it’s another ploy by Mr Zuckerberg and company to clinch the pixel-time of Facebook users by keeping them on their site for longer. Not sure Facebook really wants to become a blogging platform.
Keep sharing your insights Stacey, they are great!
Best wishes, Mike
Those are really interesting links to visit Stacey,
I will surely head over and take a look at them at once. Thanks a lot for showing them to us because, we couldn’t have discovered them on our own.
I found that of Entreprenure on Fire very helpful and that’s the first i will check out :).
Hi Stacey,
Thanks for this roundup. We’re doing pretty well with our Startup’s blog and it’s time to scale our writing from a one man show to a larger team. So the Entrepreneur on Fire blog post was a real help. Cheers.
