Posted By Darren Rowse 14th of June 2007 ProBlogger Site News 0 Comments

There’s been some good activity on the ProBlogger Blog Job Boards over the past week with 10 or so new Blog Jobs advertised from a variety of advertisers. Here’s the latest blogger jobs to apply for:

To get blog jobs like these delivered to your RSS feed as they go up on the job boards subscribe to the RSS feed.

Thanks to those advertisers who are regularly using the job boards. I’ve had a number of really positive feedback emails in the last few weeks and will be working on a testimonials page in the coming few weeks.

  1. Thanks for the list of jobs, I just landed one through your job board. Very useful tool for those that may be wondering but a bit too scared to venture out.

  2. Darren,

Since you mention jobs etc, how does blog networks work like b5 do they take percentage of your money or advertising or what?

Please Darren comment on my blog if possible http://www.bontb.com thanks.

  3. Or send me an email :)

just to say I am dropping your feed now. In last few weeks quality of posts dropped significantly, you started to spam with links and classifieds and you run out of moyo

  5. Oh thats cool. I think they pay you a monthly stipend.

  6. darn, I was looking into the Nestegr position… but they require at leats 6 months of consistent posting. I’m only at 6 weeks.

  7. The link you’ve provided for Gomaud Media is – I believe – incorrect, as it links to the above b5 job for Healthcare blogger. If you’d be kind enough to post an update if it gets changed or send me a quick email, that would be great. Thanks, JB Dryden.

  8. My wife was the one that placed the job for Columbia Buisness School. She is the head of the Marketing and Advertising department at Columbia Uni. When I saw the ad I was suprised and called her to find out if she had placed it.

  9. JuliaxX – it varies from network to network. At b5 we pay a base pay which is based upon how long you’ve blogged for us and then a traffic bonus/incentive (ie the more traffic you generate the more you get paid).

Pessanger 57 – sorry to lose you. When you say the quality of posts has ‘dropped’ I’d love to hear more on what you mean by this. It’s all very well to make a general statement like that but unless you give some examples or make some suggestions on how you’ve like to see things improved I can’t really improve what I’m offering here. I’m always open to suggestions. The only real change I’ve made in the last week or two is that I’ve started answering reader questions and have posted a few guest posts.

In terms of ‘spamming’ with posts like this – this is the first one in months and I would argue that it is on topic. This is a blog about making money from blogs and the above 10 links are to jobs that pay money to people for blogging….

  10. I don’t think of these posts as spamming at all, it’s very relevant. I’m working on my blogging portfolio so I can start applying for some of them.

  11. Darren, thanks for the job board service. The quality and diversity of applicants I’ve gotten from my listing are some amazing people. Can’t wait to get them started on the new site!

    Paul Short – Gomaud Media.

  12. Agreed Darren — I warmly appreciate this sort of tip.

  13. Thanks for the list, an awesome resource for sure. Thanks bunches Darren.

  14. Hey Darren,

I enjoy pretty much I read here at problogger. I wanted to let you know that I have tagged you over at interviewchatter.com. I would love to know more about you and how you have become so successful as a blogger.

Also, let me add that I feel like a student when I come over here to problogger. When I first started blogging about 7 months ago, this was the place I found fairly quickly to answer my questions and help me understand some of the technical lingo that comes with blogging.

Thanks! I am sure I will continue to learn from you! Anthony Robbins said a long time ago, “If you want to be successful, model yourself after successful people!”

You fit my definition when it comes to blogging. So keep setting the bar higher, I am coming after you!

  15. Dear mr. Darren, thx for all this. and your blogs changed the way im thinking about how to be a good blogger not only for money. everyday you made a new idea for us.
