What’s caught your eye this week?
Since my blog is fairly new, I am currently focusing on creating high-quality articles and optimizing it for SEO.
Regarding social media, I am using FB and YT, but thinking about jumping onto the twitter train soon too. Thank you for this article :)
Best,
Ray Radicanin
Sounds good Ray – good luck!
I read that Twitter chat Stacey and agree with my friend’s advice in all things engagement.
Lisa, Dre and Fabrizio stressed to give freely, in order to receive. I gain traction thru each RT, each blog comment, each FB Share, each shout I give bloggers through my blog. Like magic, this approach is, as if you freely promote other bloggers, other bloggers will freely promote you, expanding your presence, increasing your reach and of course, promoting your success now and over the long haul.
Also neat on the WHSR chat how one blogger nabbed 500,000 visits daily but only made $1000 through Adsense. Crazy. But shows how you need to get HYPER clear on ads you place to ensure each aligns 100% with your blog, brand and core message, so your audience sees ’em, clicks ’em and boosts your revenue.
Thanks for sharing :)
Oh Adsense can be so frustrating if you haven’t got it set up right! You totally do need a ton of traffic, huh.
I totally agree too about the freely sharing – karma always comes back!
Awesome picks! I love reading roundup posts since I get to find a lot of cool stuff outside my usual reading circle.
