I would have to agree. I’ve seen this program everywhere I go on the internet. I’ve been getting e-mails from lists I am subscribed to all selling the same thing. It is getting really, REALLY, old. It’s worse than seeing the same infomercial on every channel during late night television.
I can understand your frustration on this. It’s something that I have been grappling with too. On one hand the information gets sneezed out in many places – but on the other hand it’s a topic that is highly relevant for what this blog is about (a blog about blogging… and this is a course for bloggers).
As a result I post about it but try to keep the information balanced, relatively brief and mixed in among other posts that are practical and useful.
In actual fact I get pitched to promote courses like this most days and only go with around 5-10% of them because I don’t want this site to become overrun by them.
All that said – I take your comments on board and thank you for your honest feedback.
To a certain extent, I agree with TECHeGo and Four20. sometimes it can get unbearable, reading emails to promote a fellow business associate’s product. Which is one reason, I do not subscribe to Internet marketing emails. When it comes to the blogging world and Internet marketing tips, I just visit Darren’s and Yaro’s web site every two or three days to what is going on in the industry.
Any ways, I have decided that I will be purchasing a membership

I can understand their frustration too, but how do you decide which blogs about blogging are not allowed to promote a relevant course?
If a blog or list does nothing but promote stuff you’ve heard about already, you can drop it. Otherwise, if it provides value and you want to stay subscribed, you have to expect to see some redundant pitches.

A good friend of mine loves blogging but is clueless about many of the technical aspects. I originally directed her to twitter, and then to this website :) Its people like her who can really benefit from such recommendations, as she doesn’t read any MMO blogs.
Of course, I’d already told her about the course (as well as the problogger book.)
The only place I’ve really gotten sick about hearing it is on twitter. I’m only following 52 people so there has been a fair bit of noise ;)

I listended to the Master the Mindset series as part of Blog Mastermind and they are great :) Yaros a good guy and yes, his teachings have helped me become a better blogger.
You can learn a lot of this by trail and error, but it saves time learning it via a paid course. I believe that many bloggers leave money on the table by not investing in their online education. It can really accelerate their blog growth.
Yaro knows his stuff, and can guide a beginner to better utilize resources and organize a plan for success, but it does cost $$ and for some of us, money is a problem. If you have the patience to delve though all these posts, you can learn about all you need

One of the key points to blogging is exclusivity in information. It may be better to offer a program on one blog only for a few wks/months and then open it to others. Also, you could offer the program to many site but WITH SPECIFIC DIFFERENT ADDITIONAL OFFERS. this way visitors will fight to see who has the better deal or what’s different about it.
It would bring about buzz b/c tweets would tweet about what they found and bloggers would blog about what they found.

Yaro and Gideon provide some good tips for the beginner blogger for free in their reports, so this will still benefit those who happen upon this post. It is true that there is a lot of beneficial information for FREE all over the net, and amongst Darren and Yaro’s blogs. Yet there are those who can afford it, and wish to cut to the chase, perhaps not wanting to take the time to delve through all the available information and tips. This is where blogging affiliates come in, and provide a much needed service.
There’re so much free information on the net these days, then why do you have to pay for the same free information again? A little bit of research is what you need.
To tell the truth, I’m a little skeptical about this. About a year ago I bought a “package” that promised to teach me how to build traffic but it turned out to be just a couple of tips I had already known through google. I was never able to reach the author because his mailbox was full all the time!

Not every one in blogging is there to make mega bucks.
Super rich bloggers tend to lose some of their humanity along the way and this shows in their postings.
The message of make more money, money,money is not the greatest one to deliver when half the world is starving!
It’s all becoming rather boring, yawn.

Yaro really does have some great tips on blogging. I have seen his blueprint that he wrote. His course is a little higher than what I want to spend but if you have the money it is well worth it. Thanks Darren for sharing.
Nowadays to become a blogger is very easy but to become a popular one is very hard.
I think price a little high to learn blogging. There is a lot of related information on the internet. You just have to choose what works best. Making a readership is tough though.

From where I sit, I have two roads that I can go down…….
a) I can research and trial and and error my own ‘methods’ and tactics.
b) I can use tried, tested and proven methods already used by people like this Yaro fella!
For $47, I think I’ll go option b) as my time is worth a lot to me and I can’t bothered playing the hit and miss game for the next 6 months…

As for the product, Yaro has been an amazing blogger over the years. So, that speaks for all other things. Once you build a rep, you’ll most probably have people’s belief over you on other things, unless you miserably screw up one of your products.
