I just turned 33 – that must put me in the upper age range of ProBloggers many of whom seem to be in their 20s.
Any suggestions on how I should celebrate when I wake up in the morning?

Happy Birthday!!! Now, blow out the candles and make a wish. No 20 something blogger wishes allowed! Enjoy the 30’s. They’re better than the 40’s. imo.
Happy Birthday! Just go out and spend some of your hard earned money on somthing nice!
Happy birthday, Darren! No, you’re not that much more older than me. We’re even both April celebrants! :-)
I’m 35, but I haven’t turned pro yet. I’m working on it.
I can’t remember what I did for my 33rd birthday, but I did hold a “1/3rd of a century” party four months later. I recorded it for the MayDay photo project. The second Saturday of MAy is now my official birthday and, Manchester weather permitting, one of our first barbecues of the year.
Happy Birthday mate!!
I suggest you ONLY LISTEN TO 33 rpm RECORDS ALL DAY, nothing else.
Well, since I am in marketing, I want you to know that the demo is 18-34, so you are as good as 18, so if that makes you feel better…
[…] en Rowse’s birthday. Our pro-blogging hero turns 33. Darren is asking for folks to offer suggestions on how he should celebrate. I think he should take the day […]
do all the things you want to stop 33 times today, enjoy the next day with brand new thing.
Congratulations! I have only been reading your blog for a few weeks but allways enjoy your writing. Wish you all the best for that ‘lucky number’ year.
Happy birthday old man. I suggest you buy up 33 new sites just to turnaround and sell them again.
33? You’re still a mere child!
Keep up the great work and visit me in another 33 years.
Happy birthday. For a moment I thought you were asking if you should celebrate with a wake this morning, which I thought was a little premature for a guy of you tender years. I’m not in Geezerville yet, but 33 was a few years ago.
Hey Happy Birthday :D Have an awesome day… don’t spend it all online ;)
Singing: Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday to you! Happy birthday dear Darren – happy birthday to you…and many moooooore :D (I could have done the Bart Simpson version, but decided against it)
I say – go out and have fun like you were still a teenager, you’re still in that demographic…
Happy birthday dude! I am not too far behind!
Happy birthday, Darren! Loving your blog, glad I found it. Although I run more of a content portal than a blog, your site is helpful. I’m 19 and have been doing the same site since I was 12 (!).
Happy Birthday from munich. Your blog is great.

Happy birthday, at 33 I’d be talking to your partner about dealing with the ongoing crisis of employee shortages Australia is currently facing by planning ahead for 2023
Happy Birthday! As a blogger turning 40 in a few weeks, I can give you hope that you have a few more blogging years left in ya. ;-)
Happy birthday! Take a break from blogging! Enjoy the weather! :)
I started blogging seriously last year, aged 30, so I’m not far behind you. Heh, youngsters eh? :)
In the words of Pulp, “a man told me to beware of 33. He said, ‘It was not an easy time for me’ ”
I think there’s something in that for all of us…. hhhhmmm….
