You’ve heard it everywhere – Snapchat is making a comeback and if you’re not on it, you’re missing the boat.
I’ve covered over the last few months in the Reading Roundups, and the vibe I’ve been getting is that it’s confusing, it’s for the younger set, it’s not worth it for traffic to the blog or building your brand, and you don’t know how to work it.
Well, I’d agree with all of those! But I still think you should give it a try. If it’s not for you, no harm done – but if you do it and like it, then it opens up a whole new world of possibility for you.
Bloggers to Follow on Snapchat
And much like Twitter, if you’re not following the right people, you can easily dismiss it as total rubbish. Therefore, I’ve rounded up bloggers and online entrepreneurs like you who are making the most of the fastest-growing platform. Stalk away!

So these are a few bloggers I’ve seen do Snapchat super well (I’m also a fan of thepioneerwoman, likeavegan, and thesugarhit). Give them a follow and see how you too can make the most of the little yellow ghost. And if you want to, you can follow me on Snapchat here!
Are you on Snapchat? Have you found it a useful way to engage with your readers? Or like Darren, are you certain you’re more useful on other platforms?
I just installed SnapChat yesterday on my mobile. Would love to follow some influencers there. This post comes to me at the very right time. Thanks for sharing it with us.
Good luck Tauseef! I hope you have fun.
Hi Stacey,
Ok now I have another new social media platform and 12 names.
I haven’t tried yet snapchat.
So let me install and will definitely going to follow all of them.
Thanks for sharing something new at least for me.
Cheers
I hope you find awesome inspiration there, Riju – I love it!
Great List Stacey already Followed thanks for sharing this articlce.
That was quick! Enjoy :)
YAY! We LOVE Snapchat! Thanks for including us! :) xx
You’re very welcome! thanks for showing everyone how it’s done :)
Very cool! I didn’t even know bloggers used snapchat that often, or really at all. Interesting to see how they integrate it and use it to interact with their visitors.
It’s been so interesting seeing how everyone uses it differently. and not even really to further their blog or to drive traffic, but just to interact.
Thanks so much for featuring me amongst some mighty fine snapping talent!
You’re very welcome!
I didn’t think I’d get snapchat either, but it’s been a lot of fun for me, and especially to see different parts of the world that bloggers/snapchatters share! Not sure of protocol but I’m on there if anyone’s interested at parisbmws :) Thanks for the list, I’m off to give them a follow now! :)
I’ve really enjoyed it! I like how relaxed it is.
Hi Stacey. I just downloaded and signed up for SnapChat. I’ll have to get my son to show me how to use this app! (Oh, I feel so old now! LOL)
I’ll keep this tab opened in my browser so that I can follow these bloggers. I’m always open to learning how to grow my platform using new technologies!
Thanks for this post. I’ve heard of this app before (from my son, who is 26) and so I thought it was pretty cool of you to write about it. :)
Go Veggie Mama!!!
Haha thanks Lorraine! I hope you get the hang of it, I’ve always had a lot of fun. It’s interesting to see now a whole new user base getting on board! Enjoy :-D
After reading your article now i am following them. Thanks for wonderful article.
I hope you have a great time!
I’m following most of these and will be adding the rest here shortly. Fantastic list!
Too bad I didn’t make the list :( – however it could be because I only do a Snapchat story during the weekdays. I basically talk about how to build a sustainable freelance career. Would love to chat with anyone interested in a similar topic as well (JasonResnick on Snapchat).
Please feel free to remove my SC name if that’s inappropriate as well.
Sorry Jason! The list is based on people I’ve been following for a while (so I could be comfortable recommending them!). I hope you find a whole bunch of new snappers to chat with.
I hadn’t thought to use snapchat. I downloaded it last month… I’m still trying to figure it out. I may have to look into it further after reading this list.
Yes I have to admit after I tried it years ago I didn’t really get the hang of it and didn’t touch it again for months. But once you find the right people to follow it’s a whole lot of fun!
snapchat is awesome please share so more this types platforms
