I'm an American based in Berlin, Germany, and I work as a freelance opera singer and copywriter/editor/translator. I'm passionate about music, good writing, good food, healthy living, and a host of many other things. As a former Fulbright grantee, intercultural exchange is a valuable currency for me. I speak fluent German in addition to my native English, and I possess basic proficiency in Italian. I'm experienced in short- and long-form copywriting for academic, educational, and marketing purposes, and I have tutored, taught writing technique seminars, and managed writers in previous positions. I am a dedicated, conscientious, detail-oriented thinker.
I seek engaging work in the areas of copywriting and/or editing on a part-time basis (up to 30h/week, with flexibility for more or less, depending on assignments and compensation).
