We have renovated homes with energy efficiency and solar to power both the house and the electric car 100%, and now we are bringing this knowledge and other similar topics to our fast-growing reader base.
We are looking for many talented and motivated content/article writers who are interested and skilled in the green building, eco, sustainability, and renewable energy field to write 2-3 posts per week for us.
We are also looking for people who are good at math, technical writing, and are comfortable creating charts and tables within the posts for compiling relevant information for the readers and for specific subjects (such as LED / energy efficient lighting).
Our cost-per-word payment range is 3 to 5 cents USD depending on skill level and expertise. We are looking for long-term, team-oriented writers who are passionate about writing about these subjects and are available for at least 3-6 months or longer.
The articles will be anywhere from 1,000 to 2,000+ words and we have specific formats and structures for how we would like to create these, along with a formal short training program and guide. This opportunity would be great for anyone with experience and interest/passion for:

You will work directly with the founders to help educate and bring awareness to all facets of the above-mentioned topics to our readers. We (the founders) will come up with a strategic topic schedule, topics, specific headlines, and notes about each article that we can work on, and will require you do to the research and write up the posts in our specific format.
Articles will be written in American English, and you must be fluent/excellent at the language. No AI tools will be used in your writing, it must be 100% original, and we check for plagiarism as well.
You will be responsible for the words only. Our editors will take care of photos when we publish.
There will be a lot of freedom and room to write posts up in your own voice beyond a few specific requirements regarding the format.

Application: You must tell us about your experience and interest in the above subjects, and provide verifiable previous work in similar topics.
Scheduling: We will expect you to adhere to the publishing schedule. Late submittals will result in termination if abused.
Author Credit: We have opportunities for given author credit and also ghostwriting.
Payment – We pay per word 3 to 5 cents per word USD. Payment provided through Paypal, Zelle, Venmo, Wise, or other similar platforms.
Ownership - You agree and understand that all photos, videos, written content, and all other media submitted to AttainableHome.com are the exclusive property of the company and you do not have the right to republish that content on your own site. You will agree to review and sign our Contract Writer Contract upon onboarding as well.
Legal – This content writer position is available only as an independent contractor position.
