Education
In pursuit of gaining more skills in the digital economy space, I enrolled at Hubspot Academy where I gained foundational knowledge in inbound digital marketing, including content marketing, email marketing, social media strategy, SEO, and lead generation.
I also learned how to create data-driven marketing campaigns and optimize engagement using industry best practices.
This was a brilliant, intensive training program that covered administrative support, scheduling, email management, customer service, and task automation.
By the end of the course, I had developed strong organizational and communication skills to efficiently support businesses and entrepreneurs in their daily operations.
Gained a strong foundation in public health, social development, and community-based interventions. I studied health promotion, project management, and research methods to address societal health challenges and improve community well-being.
Experience
As part of the Editing team, I helped refine and optimize articles submitted by the company's writers to maintain high-quality, engaging, and original content. The goal was to ensure our articles added value to readers' lives.
I also played a key role in shaping editorial standards, contributing to audience growth, and supporting the expansion of new websites.
Additionally, I helped guide and train new writers, which strengthened the overall quality of the team’s output.
As a scriptwriter for the company's celeb/entertainment channels on Snapchat, I created compelling pop culture content, crafting stories that resonated with young audiences and kept them engaged.
By focusing on delivering timely, trend-driven scripts, the team and I contributed to the growth and success of both channels.
As part of the writing team, I wrote in-depth, engaging long-form articles (4500 words) on topics like wellness, pop culture, and travel, tailored to captivate and inform readers.
It was also my responsibility to ensure all materials used in the articles, including images met copyright and quality standards.
