My name is Robert Bender. I am a published Author, producer and director of an audiobook featuring the talent of 19 voice actors and a Marine veteran. I am currently working on the second installment of a science fiction thriller series called Ranger 8.
My goal here is to gain further experience in the realm of freelance writing while helping companies and individual create fantastic content. I am predominantly interested in creative writing projects within gaming and entertainment industries.
I am an avid gamer, both TTRPG's and video games. I enjoy spending time with my family and hiking through the beautiful wilderness of western Oregon.
Education
We've all been to high school, we know what it was like. It was awkward, angsty and full of introductory life lessons.
Attended two semesters, taking classes such as English, World History and College Algebra
I like to put my Marine Corpse experience under education because I equate my four years of service to completing a Bachelors degree. I traveled the world, I went to war, I faced my fears, I learned how to manage equipment and people. What I learned from serving my country has set the foundation for how I approach my professional life today.

Authored and published a science fiction novel, receiving 4+ star ratings on Amazon. Collaborated with editor, book designer, and aerospace engineers to ensure the highest quality product. Produced an audiobook adaptation using Adobe Audition, utilizing 19 different voice actors, sourced globally from countries such as the US, UK, France, Japan, Australia, and more. Collaborated with Audio engineer to ensure the highest quality production. Collaborated with eBook designer to produce the highest quality digital reading experience.
