Riley Theophano

My name is Riley Theophano. I graduated from Wagner College with a BA in English focusing on publishing.

I began my career as an editorial assistant at Stonehouse Productions, a single-author publisher (www.warrenadler.com). Our author had faded into anonymity, so my job was to reintroduce him to the public through social media efforts and remastered books. Quickly, his readers were pleasantly surprised to find that their author, who they thought had retired, was still prolifically writing. Social media interaction blossomed; his books received glowing reviews.

This is my specific skill set: developing an author's profile, including editorial work. I also write my own articles and creative writing--I'm experienced in a wide range of topics, from B2B marketing to dramaturgy to media review.

Most notably, I published Warren Adler’s "The War of the Roses" (adapted into a Golden Globe-nominated film), "The Sunset Gang" (adapted into an Emmy-nomated TV series), "American Quartet" (a New York Times notable book), and "Target Churchill" (co-authored by Pulitzer Prize-nominee James C. Humes), and I proofread and formatted "Pride and Pain in Difficult Times: Selected Poems" by Alternate Nobel Prize-winning activist Basil Fernando.
