I am an attorney, called to the Nigerian Bar in 2019. I have always had a passion for creative writing since my teenage years. However, my background in legal education and my hands-on experience in legal work honed my research and writing skills such that I am able to write on a wide range of topics including but not limited to corporate and commercial law, intellectual property law, personal finance and investment, personal development, religion and spirituality, career growth and life choices.
During my undergraduate study, I partook in several freelance writing and editing projects outsourced to me by my business partner who would bid for jobs on Fiverr. I also owned a personal blog on WordPress where I published personal opinion pieces.
In addition to the technical skills of research, writing and editing I have honed over the years, I am capable of working independently and creatively with minimal supervision and taking initiative while working in accordance with a client's instructions. I am thorough, with a keen eye for detail and an ability to work within given timelines.
Although I have not worked with many professional organizations, I have what it takes and I hope you give me a shot.
Education
Professional qualification to practise as a barrister and solicitor in Nigeria. I graduated with First Class Honours and emerged the Second Best Graduating Student and Best Female Graduating Student.
I was exposed to the nitty-gritty of general law concepts in Law of Contract, Commercial Law, International Trade and Investment Law, Public International Law.
