I also learned about technical writing and the basics of software and hardware troubleshooting.

As a freelance writer, I've worked for clients from all over the world.

I've created thousands of contents on a wide array of niches that include technology, health, and finance.

On average, I'm able to produce around 3000 words of high-quality articles on any given topic.

For this job, I handled administrative tasks that include preparation of weekly sales report, procurement of office supplies, and coordination of employee travels.

Due to my IT background, I also served as the de facto IT officer. I spearheaded the purchase, installation, and maintenance of company software and hardware equipments.

I worked under the Comcast account. I was assigned in the internet and cable troubleshooting department.

My role mainly involved walking the customers through the troubleshooting process of their equipment. It was also part of my duty to send over technicians in case issues weren't resolved over the phone.
