Chicago Community Emergency Response Team (CERT)

• Completed training for CERT volunteers in 2018.
• Deployed in March of 2020 as a volunteer on the City of Chicago’s COVID-19 information line. Worked throughout the year answering phones and assisting residents with their questions and needs.
