As Administrative Assistant, I was the main point of communication for our customers via phone and email. I was responsible for the input of sales orders and purchase orders, managing accounts receivable and payable, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of the office. At Allied Tools, I used Global Shop, Word, and Excel regularly.

Holly Homer Enterprises, Intern       8/2020 – 11/2020 During this twelve-week internship, I created blog articles using search engine optimization, found trending material, set up email marketing, and completed the necessary research to write affiliate posts. Our weekly tasks included posting on social media to promote the blog. Ahrefs, Semrush, and Google Analytics were used to update and formulate new posts for better performance. I authored multiple articles for the blog using Word Press.

Education
I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Creative Writing and Literature with a 3.7 GPA. I was published in the Nacogdoches horror journal, The Piney Dark, and the university’s literary journal, HUMID.
I attended Houston Community College from 2016-2018 and received an Award of Excellence for an English essay I wrote comparing The Shining to the myth of the minotaur.
