Since transitioning to full-time freelance writing, I’ve authored hundreds of compelling articles for a diverse roster of clients, including several car dealerships, Rare Carat, and Quote.com among others. I've also been involved in the website revamp for the Nashville Health Care Council. At PhotoBarn, I started out as a Customer Service Agent, but quickly moved into a marketing role where I helped strategize and create content for an email list of over 250,000 subscribers and a social media following of over 400,000 followers. In addition to my marketing duties, I also took on data analysis for production and eventually moved into overall management. During my time at PhotoBarn, I helped redesign and reorganize the website, and I was instrumental in the development and marketing of several product lines.

During my time at Coast 2 Coast Trucking Permits, I started out as a copywriter and eventually became the regional manager, reporting directly to the owner and CEO. As regional manager, I was responsible for training, setting policies and procedures, and handling our biggest accounts personally. Some of the projects I worked on included consolidating regulations on oversized loads for all 50 states into a single reference book, writing the company handbook, designing the order processing system, and maintaining the website and social media accounts. Overall, my time at Coast 2 Coast Trucking Permits allowed me to take on a range of responsibilities and make a significant impact on the company's success.
