orientation and strategic planning for the SACCOs.
Insurance department:
• Provided risk management covering financial cooperatives (SACCOs), other
organizations and individuals.
• Long-term and Short-term insurance.
Information, Communication and Technology (ICT) department:
• Oversaw the provision of information systems to affiliates.
• Facilitated financial information management and database for efficient reporting.
• Ensured successful implementation of the Core Cooperative Management System
in Financial cooperatives and other financial enterprises.
