I am a registered doctor with great passion for article writing having over two years of experience writing health related content. The articles that I write mainly reflects the patients that I come across in clinic visits with common complaints that I feel need addressing so as to help other people who are experiencing the same thing. Mental health being one of the contents I have been able to address, and it has actually managed to change lives of many who have to deal with various health issues such as depression and PTSD.

-I am highly creative and this can be seen using the articles that I have managed to address on social media such as twitter, medium where I use cartoon animations to make the whole reading process interactive, fun and certainly also easy to understand.

Education
I did 5 years of study in the field of medical doctor programme plus one year of internship.
While I was in the university i did various volunteering activities which matched my qualification. I was involved in yearly medical camps organized by the Rotaract club of Kairuki. I finally did my internship at Lugalo military hospital from November 2020 to November 2021
Experience
Performed daily ward rounds for inpatients, addressing their treatment plan according to their on going health condition. Without forgetting relaying complicated health conditions to specialists
I actively did various procedures such as sample taking, minor theatre procedures and various major theatre procedures with supervision in some. I did around 10 C-sections with 100% success,
Also did surgical debridement procedures without any supervision
I worked in the CTC department where I was responsible for overall monitoring of treatment of clients. This included viral load, CD4 count

I successfully supervised NACTE examination held on November to December 2022. The exams were well conducted and students showed high level of discipline during the time of examinations.
-I prepared examinations timetable as well as making sure each tutor is assigned to a specific role and does it efficiently.

I was responsible for day to day outpatient and inpatient management
Actively screened patients with symptoms of any cancer condition
Supervised the treatment of cancer ranging from chemotherapy to radio therapy

THE TITLE OF THE RESEARCH BEING: KNOWLEDGE, ATTITUDE ON THE PREVALENCEOF COVID 19 AMONG CTC PATIENTS AT MUHIMBILI NATIONAL HOSPITAL
Only 58% of patients had knowledge of COVID 19 but among the 58% only 1/3 had the correct knowledge of COVID 19Most CTC patients viewed COVID 19 vaccination as dangerous to their health due to their chronic illness which hindered their vaccination with the aid of questionnaires I was able to interview various CTC clients to get their views of the disease.
I was able to identify the factors also influencing COVID 19 most being cultural and social beliefs which were misleading and some basing on religion for not vaccinating
Managed to educate clients on the importance of COVID 19 vaccination and also managed to raise the overall vaccination rate from 10% among CTC patients to 75%
I was responsible for supervising an outreach team which went to the general population to vaccinate people. Overall over 1000 people in Kivukoni district managed to be vaccinated on the same time frame
I was responsible for uploading daily data in the CHANJO-COVID software and also uploaded daily reports on various vaccination activities
I organized various meeting with the Local government health supervisors on how we can reach the set goals.
