As a freelance business writer, I’ve published more than 125 bylined 2,000-word feature articles for MBA students, alumni, and applicants at BSchools.org since 2018. Those projects followed my two decades writing marketing content for the world’s biggest brands like United Airlines, AT&T, Union Bank, Ziff Davis, Sebastiani, and E2open while a partner in a boutique San Francisco marketing/brand design firm managing editorial services since 1996.
During those two decades I also wrote B2B case studies, marketing collateral and web content for Silicon Valley startups such as Serus, DayJet, Hybrid Core Homes and Permia. For Union Bank I wrote and edited an annual report, and I wrote 70 articles on personal finance as the editor of the marketing newsletter for First Security Loan, the Bay Area’s largest independent mortgage broker before the 2009 correction.
In technology coverage, my software reviews appeared in MacUser Magazine and my features on the internet and mobile apps and devices appeared in Profiles Magazine. You’ll find work for all those legacy clients in my portfolio.
I was graduated in the top one percent of my class with a degree in business administration from the University of Illinois and studied computer science at Stanford University.
