Sultan Saeed Al Zahrani (SSZ) is one of the group companies of Mr. Saeed Al Zahrani and group is involved in Construction, Lift installation and maintenance & operation, trading of food stuff , import & distribution businesses which is. The company Head Office is in Dammam (Eastern Province) and has branches in Riyadh and in Jeddah. I was hired by the Group Chairman to achieve the following business objectives:

To Access & implement a finance organization which shall be structured to support the company’s construction, Trading, import & distribution and O&M businesses and to improve the overall financial performance of the group; this included right sizing of the head count that shall be cost effective and yet able to increase the productivity, profitability and self-confidence in the management.
To build a strong financial team to successfully meet the forth coming future challenges of the complex the import and distribution of food stuff businesses. Increase the Gross and net profitability by successfully controlling the cost of imported material and controlling the direct overhead in the import & distribution of food stuff business.
To solicit the financial resources / credit facilities from the local banking community to fund the imports and working capital requirements for increasing imports of the company.
To chalk out and successfully implement a Five Year Business Plan to boost up the business activities of import & distribution of food stuff and operation & continuance &O and M business and to make recommendation to the Senior Management and to the Owners to make the appropriate changes in the management style to meet the ambitious business goals.
Manage and negotiate all insurances, including fire & import business to mitigate the down side risks. Manage primary banking line and monitor cash flow and interest rates & relevant pricing of import. Continuously seek debt reduction options that include leases, currency cap contracts and government loans. Oversee purchasing, payroll, inventory and pricing, costing and currency, audits and stock transactions. Perform capital budgeting and ROI analysis. Accountable for all regulatory reporting.
