WHY JOIN US?
At Aspire Psychology, we’re not just another mental health practice — we’re a mission-driven team committed to compassionate, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, and research-based care. Everything we do is rooted in authenticity, inclusivity, and hope.

As our Website Optimization Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in building the digital bridge that connects people in need to the support they deserve. Your expertise will directly help patients access therapy, psychiatric medication management, and ADHD coaching through our sister brand — services that can change the course of their lives.

This role is ideal if you:
1. Want to see the real-world impact of your web optimization work on people’s health and well-being.

2.Thrive in a position where you own both technical analysis and implementation — auditing data, optimizing funnels, and deploying creative solutions.

3. Are excited to help shape the growth of a scaling mental health organization in a supportive, values-driven environment.

This is more than a website role — it’s a chance to use your technical and analytical skills to expand access to care, make a measurable difference in people’s lives, and help a growing practice thrive. Your work will have a measurable impact — not only on our growth as an organization, but on the lives of the people we serve.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Website Optimization Specialist with healthcare (ideally mental health) experience to audit, optimize, and monitor our website and online patient journey. In this role, you will analyze our website’s SEO and conversion funnel, identify areas for improvement, implement technical optimizations, and deliver actionable recommendations to increase patient inquiries and appointment bookings.

This is a hands-on position for someone passionate about using data, user experience insights, and SEO best practices to drive real-world outcomes — helping more people access the care they need.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Website Analytics & Tracking

  • Set up, manage, and optimize Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
  • Monitor website traffic, form completions, patient inquiries, and conversions.
  • Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

SEO & Website Optimization

  • Conduct comprehensive SEO audits (technical, local, and on-page).
  • Optimize service pages for high-intent healthcare keywords.
  • Improve Google Business Profile and local directory listings.
  • Develop and implement strategies to build backlinks and enhance online reputation.

Conversion Funnel Optimization

  • Set up and configure tracking for the entire patient appointment funnel—from initial website visit to completed booking—to identify drop-off points and friction.
  • Diagnose and recommend detailed, actionable UX and A/B testing improvements to increase form completions and patient bookings, providing clear instructions for your web manager or developer to implement.
  • Review the online-to-offline patient onboarding process (from appointment request to intake) and recommend improvements to streamline the experience for both patients and staff.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Content Specialist to recommend improvements for website content, SEO, and user experience, as well as review related elements such as social media links (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.), ensuring all digital touchpoints align with best practices and organizational goals.

Periodic Audits & Recommendations

  • Reassess site performance at 6-12 month intervals, providing fresh insights and strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2+ years’ experience in website analytics, SEO, and CRO (conversion rate optimization), ideally within healthcare or mental health.
  • Proven track record of improving website performance, patient acquisition, and conversion rates.
  • Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, A/B testing platforms (preferred), and common SEO tools.
  • Ability to communicate findings and teach processes to non-technical team members.
  • Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented.

Note: Candidates with deep expertise in two of the three key areas (analytics, SEO, CRO) and strong healthcare experience are encouraged to apply.

Preferred:

  • Experience running A/B tests or other experimentation to improve website outcomes.
  • Prior experience in mental health or multi-provider healthcare settings.
