Description
What's up my fellow disc enthusiasts!
My name is Aaron and I am looking for someone to write product descriptions, reviews, and blog content for my brand reaperdiscs.com.
The most important part of this position is that you have a deep understanding of disc golf discs, culture and the game. I don't care if you have no professional writing experience as long as you know about disc golf, and a willingness to learn.
This is a remote position, but Native English is a must.
Ok, now here is the stuff you came here for:
My budget for this position is 4 cents per word, and can guarantee at least 2500 words per week. Writing will be a mix of the following:
- Product descriptions. These are basically just short reviews of the disc, which you will need to be able to write based solely on the flight numbers, plastic type, and brand. (or Googling 'disc model' + 'plastic type' + 'reddit') :P
- Blog content. This will be a mix of informative articles, reviews/comparisons ('Discraft Buzzz vs Innova Mako3'), roundup posts ('The 7 Best Understable Fairway Drivers for Beginners'), etc..
- Occasional guest posts. These would be infrequent blog articles on disc golf related topics ('5 PDGA Rules You Probably Didn't Know About'), etc..
Weekly payment via Paypal for US, every two weeks for international.
If you love disc golf as much as I do this is a great opportunity to write for a unique, fun brand in your own personal style!
To apply please email me at [email protected] with the following brief answers:
- What country are you located in?
- Why are you interested in this position?
- What type of disc is this? 5 | 5 | -1 | 2
- Who is your favorite disc golfer
and why is it Calvin Heimburg?
Look forward to meeting you! :)
-Aaron
