Talented writers, aspiring journalism students and bloggers needed to help us establish the US Edition of our site. Can you provide up-to-the-minute entertainment news that's informative and fun to read? Well, this could be the job for you!
Unreality TV is building a team to write for its unrealitytv.com site. We need three smart, engaging writers, one for each of these topic areas:
1. Reality TV blogger: Covering popular shows like American Idol, X Factor USA and The Voice as well as shows like Big Brother and The Bachelor, you'll be writing performance recaps, news about judges and high profile contestants as well as pitching ideas for featured articles on your subject.Â
2. Television blogger: Writing about the best of American drama, comedy and sci-fi series from American Horror Story to Spartacus to Glee and Modern Family. We're looking for a real TV enthusiast to write about episode spoilers, casting news and pitch ideas for features and speculation about storylines for popular shows.
3. Movie blogger: Cinephile needed with a good knowledge of popular films past and present. You'll be keeping tabs on movies that are in development, looking out for casting news, films being commissioned, trailers and movie artwork as they're being released. You'll be responsible for leading the movie section on the site, reporting on breaking film news.

- Experience with WordPress blogging software.
- Able to source images for posts and resize/crop them to suit the site.
- A good working knowledge of SEO practises.
- Presence on social media sites like Facebook and Twitter to promote your posts.
- Ability to work quickly and report on breaking news with an informed yet entertaining voice.
We want writers to cover television and movie news as it breaks, giving our readers a unique and entertaining take on what's happening in the industry. We also want someone who can pitch ideas for and write entertaining feature pieces 1-2 times per week.
