There's a lot of bad information filled with biased opinions and rehashed advice. Our aim is to provide valuable, well-researched real estate investing resources.
What We're Looking For
We're looking to hire another writer who can regularly contribute a minimum of one (1) 2000 - 3000 word post per week.
This position will start as a part-time writer with room to grow into a more full-time relationship.
Our Ideal Candidate
- Understands how to do thorough research on subject matter
- Can handle critical feedback and adjust accordingly
- Has experience in the real estate investment industry (including having completed transactions as an agent, principal, wholesaler, or investor)
- Is tech savvy (i.e., understands Google docs, search engines, etc)
- Has experience creating custom images and infographics
Compensation
Our budget is around 3 cents to 15 cents per word and is negotiable Depending on Experience.
Do you need to have real estate experience?
Yes, it is required that you have experience in the real estate investment industry. You should understand the house flipping, wholesaling, and real estate sales process backwards and forwards and be able to communicate your knowledge clearly and concisely for the average reader.
