Dear Email Marketing Community:
We need an email marketing specialist to help with our email sequences.
We need someone who wants the challenge of becoming a part of our 10-person team at our exciting startup! You must have exceptional copy writing skills.
You will need to be able to convey compelling messages in a short, concise and inspirational way that includes the proper CTAs for our cold outreach campaign sequences across a variety of different target markets.
We have some of the best open rates in this industry, between 30% to 55%.
This means we will know who is good and who isn’t.
We'll need the right person with us if we want our start-up to continue its current path of success.
We need this person to understand that there are some temporary sacrifices involved when coming aboard in the beginning.
In our case, it comes down to our budget.
Our budget only allows for an hourly rate ranging from $22-$28 USD per hour (depending on experience).
However, once scaling begins to happen (which we are on the cusp of achieving), it will go up to around $40+ USD an hour.
Our target goal is 48,000 cold outreach emails per month, we are at around 15,000.
In addition, the selected candidate will be provided access to our AI software that helps us to stay ahead of the competition.
You’ll be our ideal candidate if you can prove your ability to email market at an expert/high level.
