I am a small business with limited ability to devote sufficient time to write continuously (2-3 blogs per week). My main business is distributing and supporting the sales of Wiley's Everything DiSC assessment programs that cover workplace culture, management and leadership development, conflict resolution, expansion of emotional intelligence, teamwork development and, building better prospect and customer relationships for sales/business development roles. I will be launching a second site that will cover assessments for selection (hiring) both at the exec level as well as for front-line workers. The front-line worker assessment has a section that looks at an individual's risk-related behaviors to determine if they can be safe in performing certain responsibilities (like truck driving, machinery operation, etc.).
The person I seek will have (more or less) continuous work if they can write on timely work-related situations (like the "Great Resignation", managing in a blended work environment, etc) with an understanding of assessment products (DiSC, MBTI, Hogan, Gallup, etc.) in the human resources field of learning and development/training. Knowing how to appeal to small businesses with limited of no HR department would also be helpful though not necessary.
