Monetize My Media/blog company about remote work

We have a Media company discussing remote work and remote management, with about 10K unique per month and hopefully will grow to 50K within a year. Building great content and making grow is one of our skills, but we have no clue how to monetize it and turn it into a real business. Coming to this blogging website, I’m hoping someone knows how to do this right.

Important! we are not looking for writers/content creators or SEO. We are looking for a strategist to monetize the web page.
