We’re looking for a freelance writer who can contribute at least 5 articles or around 15,000 words a week for the next 4 weeks starting straight away.
I’m Sharon, and I run many online content sites especially in the travel industry, and I’m looking for a writer to join our team to get some hotel comparison articles up quickly.
This is a great opportunity for people who love researching anything travel and love sharing their knowledge. Most articles are around 3,000 words long and are exactly like this one here: https://tasmaniaexplorer.com.au/best-hotels-in-launceston/
Generally, they will need to be written in British English, although some should be in American English so it’s important you have some idea of the differences, but you don’t need to be perfect.
For this project, you’ll be responsible for around 18 articles that will be about destinations in Tasmania, Malaysia and the Philippines
Payment is 3 cents per word (USD), via Paypal OR if you have an Australian bank acount, AUD 4 cents per word into that. Weekly pay based on content completed over previous week.
After this initial contract, there is a chance of ongoing work.
Applicants must be:
- Native speakers of American/British/Australian/Canadian English
- Based in the US, Canada, UK, Australia or New Zealand
- Have time to take on the work above starting straight away
Bonus points if you have significant interest in travel and have experience using keywords.
You will be given article plans to follow in Google docs and will basically be filling in the gaps with information that is well-written and well-researched. It must be highly informative and useful content. You will need to use a small range of given keywords in your article (up to 20).
You will be trained in how to produce content to our standards and work should require only minimal editing.
It’s not necessary to have writing experience to apply, although you’ll need to have an example of your work and you need to write one 250-300 word hotel review to show us you are able to do this job.
This review will not be published. It's only for the purposes of us seeing an example of your research and writing skills.
