Experienced Blogger in the Wedding/Events/Romance industry

We are looking for a talented writer with an obsession for romance, love, weddings, and all things marriage proposals to write for us on a monthly basis. We need the content to be engaging and shareable on social media which in turn generates consistent, relevant traffic and increases brand awareness.

Requirements

• Experience with WordPress
• Have published articles on WordPress on relevant websites
• Experience applying SEO best practices to web content and Yoast SEO plugin

Responsibilities

• Write 8 posts a month with at least 800 words on our various blog posts
• Make sure to use properly name, resize images and also use alt tags (we can provide some images or you can use royalty free images)
• Add relevant headers and internal linking with proper SEO anchor texts.
• Provide suggested blog topics for approval at the beginning of the month. Topics should be original, relevant and timely topics related to the marriage proposal and wedding industry that follows our brand voice/tone guidelines and audience profiles
• Conduct research to obtain factual information and authentic detail
