Your job in a nutshell:
The commercial real estate freelance writer will be responsible for producing as many as 150 assignments through the end of 2020 focused on leasing commercial space through the eyes of the tenant. Each article should be approximately 700 to 2,500 words in length and will offer the best answers to people’s questions about these topics. Successful candidates will have some experience in the field, know how to tell stories and will be empathetic with the reader – small business owners who are concerned about the pitfalls with the journey – finding space, leasing it, dealing with construction, maintenance and costs that come up along the way.
This position includes:
Taking some complex topics and distilling it into simple terms. Meeting all deadlines for completing outlines, first drafts, and final drafts. Following best SEO practices (particularly Yoast), including using provided article templates to craft clear, concise copy.
