We’re currently looking for an entry-level Electric Vehicle (EV) Writer to create full-spectrum content for our website, including breaking news on the electrification of transportation. Whether it’s personal mobility, or something larger - if it’s worth knowing about, we’ll be covering it.
For more experienced contributors, opportunities around EV product reviews, in-depth explainers and features, how-tos, and more will be available. The role requires demonstrated expertise in the electric vehicle and sustainable technology space, whether it be riding electric scooters, boards, bikes, unicycles, cars, or solar technology.
Location:
Anywhere, but US/Europe preferred
Duties:
- Research, develop, and produce high-quality and authoritative content — from ideation to publication — on time for our website
- Create, edit, and publish polished articles for Green Authority
- Coordinate with Managing Editor on topics, schedules, and priorities
Requirements:
- Enthusiasm for green, electric vehicles and products
- Deep understanding and experience riding electric vehicles
- Prior experience writing for a technology website
- Professional writing and photography experience
- Knowledge of, or willingness to adapt to, AP writing style
- A collaborative attitude and strong self-motivation
Compensation:
Competitive, based on experience. Pay per 100 words.
