My name is Mason and I am the owner of a dog niche website. I am looking to hire a passionate writer to join the team.
Our mission is simple. “Dog parenting made easy.” We strive to remove any barriers dog parents face. From high quality informational guides to thorough product reviews, we strive for top notch content.
Interested applicants should share our passion for dogs and feel comfortable writing 3,000 or more words a week.
Specific writing guidelines will be shared with all writers, along with article titles and often an outline. Writers should feel comfortable writing in a conversational format that engages our audience.
Requirements of the job
- Native English speaker and writer
- Capacity to write at least 3k words per week
- Dog owner or previously a dog owner
- Ability to edit own content (tools will be provided)
- Willingness to write under own name (ghost writing not used)
- Experience researching from high quality sources
- Open to feedback and a growth mindset
