My name is Trey and I run a portfolio of real estate websites that are locally branded to various cities across the United States. Prospective home buyers are able to search listings in their area and learn more about various neighborhoods and things to do within that city. My websites are well-established and receive hundreds of thousands of visitors from Google each month.
I’m looking for a content writer who is able to effectively write about travel and lifestyle-related topics in cities like Miami, Atlanta, and Sacramento. My goal is to find someone who is able to write in such a competent and authoritative manner that they seem like a local, even though they aren’t.
This means that an ideal applicant must have a genuine curiosity and interest in learning about different neighborhoods, locales, and things to do in various cities. I want content that exudes enthusiasm and earnestness; I’m not looking for content that reads like Wikipedia. Basically, I’m looking for a writer who is able to effectively balance being informational while still staying engaging.
Additionally, I’m looking for someone who is able to effectively synthesize user-generated content from websites like Reddit, Quora, and Yelp. On occasion, there may be a lack of existing editorialized content available regarding certain small neighborhoods or locales. This means you’ll need to be comfortable with scanning through user-generated content on forums and able to extract commonly referenced pieces of information.
This is a long-term job and I am able to provide a steady stream of work for many months (or even years) to come.

Requirements
