Description
We are looking for writers who can take blog post ideas from the escrow officer and convert them into a consumer friendly, educational experience. We are a real estate escrow company and our audience is real estate agents, as well as home buyers and sellers who currently are, or soon will be, in escrow.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Writers will be asked to write a minimum of 1-2 posts per week in the range of 500-700 words.
• Post topics will be provided. Writers will be required to do the appropriate research to gain a background understanding of the topic at hand.
• Writers will have access to a licensed escrow officer to interview for the post.
• You will need to meet weekly deadlines.
• Writers should be familiar with the escrow process. Ideally, you should be a current or former escrow officer or a real estate agent.
• You must be able to write articles that are easy to understand. Some of our topics are very legal or complicated in nature and require simplification and education for the consumer. We are looking for writers who can take the industry “lingo†out of the topic and express the topic in layman’s terms.
All content will be owned by us.
PAYMENT:
Compensation based on pay per post.
