We’re doing our best to moderate and spot them, but the scam starts once you contact them and usually involves a request for a Skype interview, to download a zip file with their ‘writing guidelines’ or ‘payment terms’, and to send them an invoice via Paypal. How do I manage my job listings?<\/h2>\n

Everything is managed from your Employer Panel<\/a> which can be accessed by clicking on \u2018Employer Dashboard\u2019 in the Job Board Menu when you\u2019re logged in. <\/span><\/p>\n

How do I access Membership Packages for discounted listings?<\/h2>\n

When logged in you can either click on \u2018Memberships<\/a>\u2019 in the Job Board Menu or in your Employer Panel. Select the ad package you want to purchase. When you create a job listing you will see the package as an option in the \u2018Listing\u2019 section where you select the listing type and fee, with the number of job listings left to use in your package.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I edit my job after I\u2019ve published it?<\/h2>\n

When logged in you can either click on \u2018Listings’<\/a> in the Job Board Menu or in your Employer Panel. Click on the job title to start editing and ensure you click on \u2018Update\u2019 at the end of the form. Alternatively you can click on the settings cog next to the job you want to edit and select \u2018Edit Job\u2019.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I run the same job listing again?<\/h2>\n

If you want to run the same job listing again for another 15 days, you can republish your ad. When logged in to your Employer Dashboard click on ‘Listings<\/a>‘. Click on the settings cog next to the job you want to mark as filled and select \u201cRepublish\u201d. The create an ad form will be pre-populated with your existing ad details. Select the appropriate listing fee and publish the ad.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I mark a job as filled?<\/h2>\n

When logged in, click on ‘Listings<\/a>‘ in the Employer Dashboard. Click on the settings cog next to the job you want to mark as filled and select \u201cMark as filled\u201d for a shortcut option. Alternatively, click on the job title and scroll to the \u201cIs filled\u201d field at the end of the form and mark the check box \u201cYes, the position is taken\u201d. \u00a0Ensure you click on \u2018Update\u2019 and the end of the form.<\/span><\/p>\n

How do I manage applications?<\/h2>\n

When logged in you can either view Applications via ‘Listing<\/a>‘ or all ‘Applications<\/a>‘ in your Employer Panel.<\/span><\/p>\n

Click on applicant\u2019s name to see their application and to manage the status using the dropdown field. When you change the status of the application, the applicant will receive an email advising them of the status of their application.<\/span><\/p>\n
