WHO AM I?

I'm an accredited Australian journalist, health and wellness coach, nutritional advisor and personal trainer, as well as an Australian motorsport official and competitor, classic car rescuer and restorer and a motorbike enthusiast who works with magazines, newspapers, websites, organisations, business entities, and entrepreneurs globally. Some of the most memorable career encounters are with sporting identities such as Craig Lowndes, Tarkin Lockyer, Guy Leith, Layne Beachley and Melinda Gainsford-Taylor, and enigmatic leaders, and movers and shakers such as Ari Galper, Adam Conrad, Emma Sharrock, Debra Burlington, Jodi Woelkerling, Gloria Tabi and Eva Simak.
