Glad you’re here!
My name’s (just) Tasha, and I’m here to assist in writing and editing.
With a master’s in English and Film Studies from the University of Alberta and a doctoral candidacy in English and Cultural Studies from McMaster University, I am deeply committed to the Oxford comma. Research has been my life for the last decade. For this and many reasons, web content writing found its way into my work! I have a unique history growing up on the Internet—and am the “T” in DLTK’s Inc., a family-run collection of well-loved children’s crafts websites (dltk-kids.com, dltk-teach.com, kidzone.ws, coloring.ws, and so on).
What is more, I have collaborated alongside brilliant faculty, staff, students, alumni, graphic designers, copywriters, and community members for various website projects; multimedia, communications, and English literature assistantships in universities across Canada; new media and cultural studies seminars and conferences; and on special projects in art history. I have honed my interdisciplinary skills. And I continue to learn so much.
This introduction is all to say that I'm here to grow with you. If you have content strategy inquiries, reach out to chat with me. I'm looking forward to it!
