Hello! My name is Samantha and I am a graduate from Naropa University currently getting my Master' degree in Transpersonal Psychology. I have studied holistic healing modalities, nutrition, herbalism, music therapy, and creative writing and poetry!
I am passionate about traveling, psychedelic-assisted therapy, alternative healing, and taking care of one's body!
I have experience with freelance writing, counseling, nutrition support, traveling, creating writing portfolios, childcare, and working with those in assisted living.
I am confident in my writing skills, my commitment to my work, to working well with others, and learning new skills!
My goal is to continue traveling while learning about what it is I am passionate about and ultimately opening up my own counseling practice in Colorado.

Education
I was fortunate enough to be a part of an alternative university that approaches learning through a contemplative approach. Our classes were very immersive, experiential, and thought-provoking. During my undergrad, I also took many classes surrounding mindfulness practices such as yoga, taichi, poetry, creative writing, music therapy, and psychology.
