I have been a freelance writer for almost five years; it has been my full-time profession for the past two and a half years. Although I have a college degree in Education, my start in writing came after I developed a blog relating to my young son's special needs. The blog grew attention, and I realized how much I loved writing.

Eventually, I learned how to write listicles, product reviews, location-specific SEO posts, roundups, informational articles, and more. I'm a former professional athlete and love writing about sports when possible. However, having been a real estate agent, landscape business owner, accounting assistant, salesperson, and Mom, I have experience in a wide range of topics.

Most of the companies I work with I have been with for more than a year and closer to two or three years. I love creating long-term relationships and watching traffic grow. Getting one of my pieces to the first page of Google is a rush that only writers experience.
