My love of reading and writing began at a young age. Over the years, my life and career have taken many different paths — but writing is the one aspect that has remained a solid guidepost.

I have been a writer and editor in some form for over 20 years. I have worked on internal and customer-facing content for various companies, including Technical Writing, E-Commerce, and Communication Satellites. I have also produced peer-reviewed articles and content for Archaeology and Anthropology sites and publications.

My English grammar and communication skills are excellent. In addition, I have experience in the subtle differences between US and UK English, having studied both in the US and the UK. I received a BA in Anthropology from the University of California, Berkeley. After that, I studied for an MPhil in Archeology at the Univerity of Bristol in the UK.

Most of my employment recently has been in the technology world. Therefore the bulk of my work has been in Technical Writing and Editing. However, my writing experience covers a range of subjects and formats, including:
