Description
We're looking for experienced writers to respond to HARO requests on behalf of our clients.
HARO (Help a reporter out) is a platform where journalists come to crowdsource opinions and input from the public.
Your job will be to monitor daily requests from journalists looking for expert insights and information into various topics. You may be required to pitch reporters in the following industries: Business, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, Health and Finance.
We pay $10 for every pitch submitted. Every pitch should be approximately 150-200 words long, with a succinct introduction and then answer. Plus, a $40 bonus whenever our pitch is accepted and we receive a "dofollow" link, which is typically around 1 in 7 pitches.
Payment may be negotiable depending on experience.
Example: a Request from a journalist at Reader's Digest says:
"Got an Excel keyboard shortcut you just can't live without? I'd love to know! Also, if you use Excel for work, how much time does using shortcuts save you? Just a rough estimate is fine. Thanks!"
We're looking for creative writers who can quickly provide insights and research into a number of different topics, thus providing journalists with expert information they seek.
Additionally, we will give you access to different persona accounts within each sub-industry, so that you're contacting journalists as an expert in each particular niche.
