Writer who can write on building related topics

We are an agency but have two clients in the building/real estate industries who each need weekly articles of 1000 words.  Topics, outline and some materials are supplied by us.

Would prefer a writer who has written on building / construction processes and who can turn technical information into content for a customer who are home owner in most circumstances.

Alternatively a writer who can demonstrate taking technical material and writing for the mum and dad reader.

We can offer $US100 per 1000 words.  We are looking for writers in Australia/USA or UK.  Payment via PayPal each week.  Only native English speakers.
