We’re looking for a talented writer that can help write research, write, and turn scattered ideas into structured video scripts.
The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for technology, be able to communicate their ideas in a concise, entertaining, and easy to digest manner, and will be able to come up with new video concepts regularly.
Duties:
- Creating naturally written video scripts for hosts to read.
- Testing & reviewing technology products and services.
- Forming original and well-informed opinions on products.
- Creating b-roll shot lists for the scripts.
- Reviewing videos alongside the video editor.
- Researching products on the web, attending press briefings, and talking to brands.
- Fact checking the work of other writers on the team.
- Generating new and interesting video concepts.
- Creating organic content for social media.
Requirements:
- Strong writing skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- A deep understanding of mobile technology, including iPhone and Android.
- A deep love of tech in general.
- Ability to work under deadlines.
- The ability to work independently or with a team.
- Must have a positive, can-do attitude.
