I am looking for a freelance writer to join our team. To create informative articles on employer branding, recruitment marketing and recruitment communication algorithms as well as next generation recruitment software built on a platform of Ai, decision logic and automation.
The project will start with articles written from a 4-part video training on our recruitment marketing strategy. The videos will be 17 to 30 minutes long. We want you to review the videos and turn the videos into several articles. The articles are to be focused on education and not only SEO.
We have a long pipeline of articles to support a book launch. The book release is set for late 2020 after the election. We are just starting the pre-launch content now . We are looking for someone who can support our voice from the video in the writing.

Ability to follow the video outline and keep our voice and be creative in making the point
Write persuasively and engagingly to create converting articles.

Articles will range from 1000 to 2500 words depending on topic. We give our writers the ability to be artists and not just machines pumping out articles. (Not a word mill)
