Description

I need a professional blog writer that will write about topics that we both agree on.
We operate a commercial real estate brokerage that does the following:
- commercial brokerage: industrial, office, retail & land
- sales, tenant rep, property management & development
- we also do business brokerage
- we work with investors & the majority of our clients are immigrants, mainly from Mexico. They come to the US & want to invest in commercial real estate or a business or both.

Some blog categories will be general but sometimes I'll discover something in the market place that I would like researched & written about in our blog & we would agree on the outline but you would be researching & producing.

I would like our blogs to be illustrated with appropriate images. This could include going back to our existing blog posts & making them look better with images.

Also, I would want us to agree on the key SEO phrases that we want to push.

I would like whoever I work with:
- to be a competent writer & meticulous about reading & re-reading what they've produced so that there are no spelling mistakes or language errors.
- to know about the latest strategies in SEO, blogs & social media & to recommend changes to our website to improve it.
- to have an ability to produce well-illustrated & well-written posts that capture & retain attention & get them to do something (we can discuss what it is they need to do)

If you apply for this I will not respond without first seeing your work so please include links to existing blog posts that you've produced.

It would be great if you lived in The Woodlands, TX so that we could meet regularly to discuss strategy but I know that's a big ask! :)

I would pay through pay-pal I guess once blogs are produced or we could use www.elance.com to escrow funds (but they take a % from you - not sure how much). Either way works for me.

Thanks for considering.

Regards,
Lance.
